Frequently Asked Questions
What do I bring for class?
A: Stroller Classes - For you: a stroller, water and towel/mat. For the babies: milk/drink, snacks, hat, sunscreen, blanket, and a couple toys.
Cardio Circuit with Baby/Toddler Classes - For you: water and towel/mat. For the babies/toddlers: milk/drink, snacks, toy, blanket, and baby carrier (ie. baby bjorn, hip hammock, etc...)
Do I need to let you know that I am coming?
A: For Stroller classes - No, just meet at the location about 10 minutes before class begins, and let the instructor know that you are new to the class. You’ll be required to sign a class waiver at that time, and if you didn’t fill out the registration form online, then the instructor will have you fill one out when you come to class.

Do you still hold outdoor classes when it rains or is extremely cold?
A: No, classes will be cancelled in severe weather, during the spring and summer sessions. Fall and winter sessions classes are held indoors. Feel free to contact us at any time if you have any questions regarding inclement weather (603-674-6958).
How old can my baby/child be?
A: 6 weeks and older for Stroller Classes. Most children love the ride and enjoy watching you do the exercises. In addition, they’ll have fun seeing other children and socializing with them.
Older siblings are also welcome to join us. They can walk/speed walk with us, plus, try some of the other exercises that we do. They'll get a kick out of working out with mom/dad, and they are great entertainment for the younger kids.
What happens if my baby/child is fussy or hungry?
A: We are very flexible, and will find ways to involve your baby/child, so that he/she is happy, and you can continue to get a good workout; OR if you want, you can stop to care for, or feed your baby/child at any time during the class.
What kind of fitness level is the class geared toward?
A: All levels! Anyone can do the workout! Modifications are made for all fitness levels. You are encouraged to go at your own pace.
Do I need to pre-register or just show up for a class?
A: For the Stroller Classes, it is helpful to pre-register on this website or by phone. Since the first class is free, you can just show up for class and sign in/sign the waiver. After class, you can complete registration forms and decide on class packages.
What if I am running late?
A: No worries. Please still come, we’d love to have you!
How soon after I deliver can I attend a class?
A: You must receive your doctor's permission to begin any exercise activity. Generally, six weeks after you deliver.
I'm pregnant, can I come to your classes?
A: Absolutely, just make sure you get permission from your doctor. You will need to listen to your body and go at your own pace. We will provide modification options.
I have two children, is it possible for me to do the class?
A: Yes. For the Stroller classes, if you have both children in a double stroller, that would make things easier for you. If an older sibling wants to get out of the stroller and work out too, that’s fine.
I'm a Daddy who wants to get fit too! Can I come alone with my little one or join my wife?
A: Absolutely! Dads are always welcome!
I'm a nanny, babysitter, or grandparent who wants to get fit too! Can I join the class?
A: Yes, of course! We would love to have you.
